You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all HR processes are efficient and compliant. Additionally, you will be involved in legal matters related to employment, ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including preparing and filing necessary documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.
• Assist in legal matters related to employment, including contract reviews and dispute resolution.
• Provide support to the management team on HR and legal issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
