📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Process payments and transactions using our in-house CRM and payment tools
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in training new hires and maintaining high service standards
• Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer experience
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or cashier roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and payment processing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
