📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, and eye health.
• Conduct precise refraction tests using advanced equipment such as autorefractors and phoropters.
• Measure and record eye measurements including spherical equivalent, cylinder, axis, and prismatic corrections.
• Recommend appropriate corrective lenses and provide guidance on lens selection and care.
• Collaborate with optometrists to ensure accurate and personalized eye care for each patient.
• Document and maintain patient records, including examination findings and treatment plans.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometric technology and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort during examinations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Optometric Refractionist (RO).
• Certification from a recognized optometric board or association.
• Proficiency in using optometric refraction equipment such as autorefractors, phoropters, and retinoscopes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and recording eye data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
