In this role, you will lead a team of Quality Control inspectors, implementing and maintaining stringent quality control measures to meet international standards. Based in Badung, Bali, you will play a crucial part in maintaining Udaka Indonesia's reputation for excellence in garment manufacturing.

As Head of Quality Control, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the strict quality standards set by our customers. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will help Udaka Indonesia maintain its position as a leader in the garment manufacturing industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of Quality Control inspectors, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet international standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify and address quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with international quality certifications such as ISO 9001 and Oeko-Tex.
• Provide training and mentorship to Quality Control inspectors to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in garment manufacturing quality control.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with quality control software such as SAP QM or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
