📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Administer and maintain employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday.
