PT Kencana Media is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and health and safety standards.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
