Daily, you will manage and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring that our B2B clients experience reliable and high-performance connectivity. This includes troubleshooting network issues, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our competitive edge in the fast-evolving telecommunications landscape.

• Oversee the end-to-end technical inventory management of our B2B network, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance network reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring high uptime for our clients.
• Monitor network performance using tools such as Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, and other industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO and ITIL frameworks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network management, with a focus on B2B networks.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
• Proven experience with Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, and other network management tools.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
