🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of driving category growth and increasing market share.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in category management or related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
