📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain hookahs, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
• Operate the hookah station, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory of hookah accessories, tobacco, and flavors.
• Train and mentor junior staff on proper hookah techniques and customer service.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Promote our premium lounge and upsell our unique shisha experience to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper disposal of used tobacco.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the lounge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the shisha industry, preferably in a high-end or premium setting.
• Strong knowledge of various hookah types, flavors, and preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
