📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assess creditworthiness using CreditWise and other financial tools.
- Process loan applications through LoanPro and coordinate with internal teams for approval.
- Manage the end-to-end loan lifecycle, from application to disbursement and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing or financial services.
- Certification in financial services or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using LoanPro and CreditWise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
