As a Furniture Estimator at PT Winata Pratama Indonesia, you will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates for furniture projects, analyzing material and labor costs, and ensuring that our production processes remain efficient and profitable. You will work closely with our design team to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate cost projections. Additionally, you will monitor production progress to ensure that costs remain on track and that deadlines are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed cost estimates for furniture projects, including material and labor costs
• Analyze and optimize material sourcing to ensure cost efficiency
• Monitor production progress to ensure cost adherence and timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate cost projections
• Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost savings
• Maintain accurate records of cost data and project information
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in furniture manufacturing and cost management
• Provide support to the production team as needed to ensure smooth project execution

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or cost estimation
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials
• Proficient in using cost estimation software such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and regulations in the furniture industry
