🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management and best practices.,Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
