📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance to the management and employees on a wide range of legal matters.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends.,Conduct legal due diligence on business transactions.,Train and mentor junior legal staff.,Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably in the corporate sector.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.,Certification in legal practice or a related field is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
