🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest experience or customer service roles in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of spa services and wellness treatments is a plus.
