📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Oversee a team of distribution officers and provide guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and suggest improvements.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in similar roles.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to distribution and logistics.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
