PT Dwi Hijau is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is meeting its financial targets and goals.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Ensure that all staff are following company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
