PT Lestari Teratai is seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering various engineering projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record in project management. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our projects in Binjai.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Proven track record in managing engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Excellent project management and leadership skills.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
