📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure the best prices and terms.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved supplier performance.,Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
