📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of vegan pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread, using high-quality ingredients and specialized plant-based recipes.
• Ensure all baked goods meet strict food safety and quality standards.
• Follow and maintain detailed baking schedules and production records.
• Experiment with new plant-based ingredients and techniques to innovate our product line.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and tracking plant-based ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service by preparing orders promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in plant-based baking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in baking, preferably in a plant-based or vegan setting.
• Proven expertise in creating and baking vegan pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with using specialized baking equipment and tools, such as vegan ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative mindset to develop new plant-based recipes.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
