📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Overseeing the workflow and ensuring that tasks are completed on time.

Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures.

Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.

Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation.

Providing support to the management team in achieving operational goals.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assisting in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian is required.
