Gate Seed Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Consultant to join our team in Jember. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for agriculture and seed technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure our offerings meet customer needs.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of agricultural practices and seed technology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
