📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the data analysis team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.,Develop and implement data analysis processes and procedures to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and used effectively.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to help our team and stakeholders understand and interpret our data.,Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the insights they need to make informed decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and trends, and incorporate them into our data analysis processes.,Provide training and support to team members to ensure that they are able to use and interpret data effectively.,Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our data analysis efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on leading data analysis teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.,Experience working with large datasets and experience in data mining and machine learning techniques.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Experience in data governance and data quality assurance.,Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA.
