📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Write user manuals, guides, and tutorials,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to customers and users by answering questions and resolving issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and formats (e.g., Markdown, Confluence),Experience with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
