Urban Plus Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for driving operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Ensure accurate and timely inventory management using warehouse management systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.,Manage warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
