📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of menu items.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary meals as required.,Ensure that all food waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
