Makmur Gita Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Staff to join our team in Bontang. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data management and has a keen eye for detail. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the accuracy of our records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enter and maintain customer and transaction data in our database.,Update and organize customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Process and input financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.,Generate and maintain reports on sales, customer activity, and other relevant metrics.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data consistency.,Assist in data analysis to support business decision-making.,Perform regular data backups and maintenance to prevent data loss.,Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
