Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers in planning and booking vacations, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
  • Uphold Marriott Vacations Worldwide's standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Promote and sell vacation packages to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of each option.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about travel products and services.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the travel industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluency in both Japanese and Mandarin is required.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer service or sales role, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with travel technology and booking systems is a plus.
