📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track performance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
