📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure all ingredients are available and fresh.,Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they follow safety and hygiene protocols.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for both lunch and dinner services.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good understanding of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members.
