📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and content calendars.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report on social media activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance our social media presence.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and other relevant software.
