📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to drive sales growth.,Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to boost revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.
