📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Lead and mentor HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and projects.,Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
