📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR team in the management of employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
