📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and stock management.,Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to improve overall performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
