📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales team by providing support in customer service and sales activities.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Assist in training and mentoring new retail sales consultants.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with retail sales software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
